We couldn't be more excited to share the news of our latest addition to the lineup of disruptive gravel bikes, built right here in Northern Ireland.
The LAKELANDER is our vision for the perfect gravel race machine for taking on challenges just like Irelands Premier Gravel event, the Lakelander Gravel Grinder.
The event takes place in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland every October and sees over 800 participants tackle the never ending rolling hills from the village of Belcoo around some iconic landmarks including Game of Thrones filming locations, and the infamous Lough Navar with his Navar Ending Climb.
This entirely new chassis, made from a blend of Japanese Toray T700 & T800 carbon Pre Preg, pairs lightweight, efficient performance with race ready, confidence inspiring geometry to give you the best chance at not only covering the 100km route in relative ease, but putting you right at the front of the latest gravel technology.
- The frame features integrated storage in the downtube. Perfect for carrying spare tube, CO2 and tyre plugs to keep your body free.
- A hidden linkage integrated into the top-tube provides trail smoothing suspension to remove chatter and soften square edge impacts enabling you to focus on the trail ahead and conserve energy.
A serviceable aluminium linkage assembly provides lateral stiffness paired with a 30a durometer elastomer to manage the impacts being transferred through the rear wheel.
- UDH Compatibility is becoming an essential on any new bike, and the Lakelander comes T-Type ready with a UDH hanger which can be sourced virtually anywhere around the world should you find yourself stuck without a spare and in need of a replacement in a hurry.
- Integrated cable routing provides a clean look, and makes keeping your pride and joy clean that little bit easier.
- The fork features an Aero-fin brake calliper guard which we can't promise will make you any faster, but it will make you look a lot cooler, so thats worth it for the style points alone!
The Lakelander is available as frameset, and also as a complete build paired with the latest Shimano GRX groupsets, and carbon gravel wheelsets from HUNT.
