Purchasing your FUSTLE

Yes, yes you can! The majority of our bikes will be sold through the website, even if we have been discussing or preparing a custom build quote with you. If you are looking for a standard full build simply enter our ‘store’ and proceed to the product you are after and add the item to the basket!

In the event of a custom build, we will create the order for you and email you the link to the website checkout. Link to our Custom Bike Builder can be found below.

At present we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa.  At this time we are not able to accept cash payments or offer finance.

Yes! We're glad to now be able to offer a selection of 'Cycle to Work' schemes. These include 'Cyclescheme, Bike2Work and Green Commute Initative and also the Halfords Cycle to Work Scheme'

Unfortunately this is an ungoing issue that doesnt seem to be going anywhere fast. So, we have put every plan in to place that we possibly can. From recieving a higher volume of frames to ordering higher volume of stock to make sure we can try and accomodate very order.

Delievery time i hear you ask? Unfortunately this answer seems to vary depending on couriers at present. We still aim to to have all orders picked, assembled and packed ready for collection within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order.

If you do have any further questions regarding this matter please get in touch with us at hello@ridefustle.com

For all items in stock that don't require building we try our best to ship on the day the order is placed, if not the day after. If your order requires building, i.e custom build, bike build, we aim to have it built and shipped within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order. If we do not have your item in stock we will get in touch with our suppliers and advise you of your estimated delivery date.

Geometry & Sizing

Possibly the most important question to ask when purchasing your bike. Which is why we have added the size guide to the custom bike builder and also full builds to help you make your decision. Any further questions you may have, please contact us at hello@ridefustle.com.

You can find the geometry chart of each of our products on their product page! Also you can find out the geometry to the full range of sizes on our geometry page. This can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the page. Also find link below.

Causeway GR1 Frame - 1.88kg / 4 Pounds 3 Ounces

Causeway Fork - 0.55kg / 1 Pound 3 Ounces

Please note these weights are based on the frame and fork, including derailleur hanger and axles.

In terms of full bike weights with the amount of customisation available it is hard to determine the weight of each one. If you require any further info please contact hello@ridefustle.com

Our office display Backroad Core weighs in at 9.90kg. With the Trail Core differences being stem length, tyres and saddle the weight will be next to the none.

Our current display Causeway Control weighs in at 10.26kg. This being the trail spec Control that is built up and the only differences being tyres, stem length and rotors, the overall weight should be next to no different.

Our current display Causeway Lite weighs in at 9.06kg. This is built with the Trail Lite group-set. The only difference between it and the backroad group-set is stem length handlebar length, rotors and tyres. Meaning the weight should be next to no different

We recommend a maximum weight of 3kg per fork leg. Anything over this we feel effects the handling characterisitics of the bike and also would void the warranty.

Compatibility

So with the 700C wheel, the frame is capable of running up to a 50mm tyre. (Some tyre manufactures profiles may vary and not be a suitable fit, if unsure check please with customer services.)

With 650b wheels, the maximum tyre size capable is 2.1".

Shimano BB72 / BB92 Pressfit.

Or...

Sram ROAD.

The BB shell itself measures 86.5mm wide, and has an internal diameter of 41mm.

We recommend a minimum chainline of 46.7mm.

Some crank manufacturers chainline options may vary, so if you are unsure, please get in touch and we can check the specifications of your crank for you before you attempt to install it.

Our frame has a chainline minimum of 46.7mm so we do not recommend the use of any crankset with a narrower chainline than this.

For Shimano cranks, we recommend GRX as it has a wider chainline specific for gravel bike applications.

For SRAM cranks, we recommend you search fot heir 'wide' variant when selecting a suitable crank.

Front Bolt Thru Axle - 12 x 100mm / 1.5mm Thread Pitch / 120mm length.

Rear Axle - 12 x 142mm / 1.5mm / 163mm length

We use an internal diameter of 31.6 for seatposts. One of the most popular standards when it comes to seatposts allowing you a wide variety in your choice. To see what seat posts we stock, simply follow the link below.
